PARSIFAL RESEARCH was founded in 1983 to specialise in difficult or unusual consultancy and research projects which require considerable flexibility, resourcefulness, tenacity or innovation.
  
While we have successfully completed a wide range of projects for clients in very diverse fields, we have a particularly strong track record in working with organisations whose primary focus is the provision of professional or technical services to their clients.
  
The company is based in Melbourne and has worked with clients throughout Australia, as well as in the United Kingdom, South East Asia and New Zealand. Our projects commonly fall into one of three categories:
  • Skill development programs which focus on the professional development of staff (management training, business development skills, consultancy skills, presentation skills);
  • Research projects (market research, client satisfaction studies, customers surveys, staff surveys);
  • Organisation development (strategy for service organisations, managing service organisations, developing organisation effectiveness, account management, relationship marketing).
