Organisation Development

A  TYPICAL organisation development program for a service organisation involves some or all of six modules, and is tailored to meet the particular needs of the client organisation. The modules are:
  
Module 1: Strategic review of the practice;
  
Module 2: Client perception study and analysis;
  
Module 3: Preparation of a practice development plan;
  
Module 4: Professional development workshops;
  
Module 5: Practice development assignments;
  
Module 6: Review of practice development assignments and overall program review.
  
For a professional services organisation of up to 100 staff, the overall program may take from ten to fifteen calendar weeks to complete, on a part-time basis.
