Organisation Development
TYPICAL organisation development program for a service
organisation involves some or all of six modules, and is tailored
to meet the particular needs of the client organisation. The
modules are: Module 1:Strategic
review of the practice; Module 2:Client
perception study and analysis; Module 3:Preparation
of a practice development plan; Module 4:Professional
development workshops; Module 5:Practice
development assignments; Module 6:Review
of practice development assignments and overall program review. For a professional services organisation
of up to 100 staff, the overall program may take from ten to
fifteen calendar weeks to complete, on a part-time basis.
